you swipe your MasterCard Debit as “credit” you will be entered into a drawing
for a Nintendo Wii!! The drawing will be held Friday, December 19th, 2008 just
in time to gift for the holidays!!

it’s absolutely FREE… no direct deposit requirement, no minimum balance
requirement, no monthly fees! Plus the MasterCard Debit gives you access to your
base savings and allows you to process transfers by ATM (Automatic Teller
Machines). Speaking of ATM machines, we have 25,000 nationwide free of charge
available to you through the CO-OP network. You can also use ATMs in 7-11 stores
absolutely free to make withdrawals. Point of Sale (POS) purchases are free too

This year we’re making some changes to our
traditional Holiday Loan by offering an option to save for next year along with
low interest rate and a donation to the local charity of your choice*. How does
the low rate of 6.5%** sound to you? And the option to borrow over the amount
you need to save for next year?
So here’s how it works: Borrow $2,025.00, use the first $1,000.00 for holiday
shopping and the second $1,000.00 you put into a holiday savings for next year.
The charity of your choice receives $25.00. Your payment at 6.5% would be
$174.76. If you choose a by-weekly deduction your payment would be $87.38.
You’ll have this holiday season and 2009’s taken care of!
*Donation funds will be added to your loan amount.
$5 per $100.00 with a maximum of $25.00 added for donation. **6.5% APR good for
credit scores 690 and above on approval. For scores 630 to 689 rate will be 8.5%
APR on approval.

a deal for you, we are offering new and used auto loans for as low as 5.50% APR
for 60 months* and an option to skip your payments for 3 months! You can also
choose to finance 100% of the vehicle including tax, license, and GAP
(Guaranteed Auto Protection) mechanical breakdown insurance. Feel free to
finance or re-finance that vehicle you’ve been eyeing and don't make a payment
on it until January!
The fine print: Rate of 5.50% is for qualified
borrowers with a minimum credit score of 690. Vehicle financed must be at least
$15,000, payment at 5.50% for 60 months would be $286.54.
Be an Angel
Each year Monterey County Employees Credit Union
collects new unwrapped toys for Natividad Medical Center’s Pediatric Unit. Since
we’ve started our “Be An Angel” program in 2003 we have collected numerous toys
from our generous membership. This year we would like to split the donations
received to not only benefit N.M.C’s Pediatric Unit but to also benefit other
Monterey County Departments that assist less fortunate children.
